Where do y'all like/have the bottom of your backrest positioned?
I have a 13" Jay3 that I have "slammed" down to top of my Roho cushion on my ZRA. Eons ago when my chair was setup and delivered by DME it was raised 3-4" off cushion which made the top edge too high and got in my way. So I just readjusted it down to where I liked it and left it there.
Lately it seems like the top of my buttcrack does not like this anymore, I am getting some callous like buildup and some rashes.
Looking around, I haven't found any info on where my backrest should "start", only where it should stop. I could go with a shorter backrest and "open up" this area, but is it worth it?
So, do you have a "plumber crack" setting, or is yours all the way down?
