Any way to tell if Microcyn AH was frozen in transit?

Hi, first post here. I am the caregiver and daughter of an 89 year old woman with urinary retention and neurogenic bladder. She doesn't leak a drop. No SCI but she has been disabled and in a chair for years due to a knee replacement that was infected with MRSA. She has chronic UTI's that are antibiotic resistant. Right now she is on Linezolid
as she is dealing with VRE enterococcus faecum. I stumbled on this community while desperately searching for ways to prevent UTI's. I manage her bladder with intermittent catheterization. I'm studying about the Microcyn infusions and ordered four bottles of the Microcyn AH. Then I found a few posts saying that it was pointless to order in the winter as the product is too cold and useless! I ordered from Amazon and chose the 1 day shipping. How can I tell if the product is still viable? I don't want to put this in her bladder if it no longer retains it's properties because I don't want to make a bad situation worse. We live in rural Northwest PA and can't get an appt. with ID until April.
Thanks to everyone for a great educational forum.
