Hello,
Recent MRI's have shown that I have very noticeable stenosis at the C7 level. I already have a 19 year old, C6 incomplete SCI. I believe I can correlate the stenosis diagnosis with the beginning of a slow loss of tenodesis grip, muscle strength, maybe even the impetus for my bicep & rotator cuff tears. I recently saw a neurosurgeon in Boston, but he was not helpful answering my questions, offering opinions, discussing long term effects of having/not-having a surgery, etc. I left there empty handed
Thanks in advance,
JP

- Could my symptoms be explained by C7 stenosis?
- Has anyone had cervical stenosis and experienced the same symptoms?
- Has anyone had surgery for cervical stenosis? If so would you please share your post-surgery experiences & results?
- Does anyone have a "favorite" neurosurgeon located in the Boston area? I'd definitely like to get an another appointment to discuss my MRI & surgery.
Thanks in advance,
JP
