pressure ulcer

I am a C-5 quad.I have a pressure ulcer that got to my tailbone.I had debreidment surgery.I have a pic line for the intravenous antibiotics.I will have a wound vac this week.I live alone and cannot be turned every 2 hours.I am on a anti-pressure air-alternating mattress.

Has anyone have any input or been through this?
