70 yr old grandmother in extreme pain

hello calling out to anyone who can help my 70yr old grandmother was sideswiped by someone who didnt have the guts to stick around they hit and ran. she is in a great deal of pain and is not going to take perscribed opiates, she has started vaping flowers in small doses and and taking edibles she is in extreme pain and not trying to take painkillers im 6 weeks out on my flower so if there is anything anyone can help out with ill give clones or i can give flowers when my crop comes down
