TiLite Aero Z ordering issue: footrest length specs

What's the best way to measure a person for TiLite's footrest to seat sling length?

Every time I measure myself I get between 12" and 13" but that's because I'm factoring in my cushion* height and the fact that my right hip and knee are in searing pain at even a 90 degree sitting angle (undiagnosed condition, probably is related to my dystonia and hypermobility issues) and so my knees are needing to be positioned higher than my hips for this reason. TiLite's "free" option only shortens to 13.5", unless anyone knows if it can go shorter than that without High Mount?


My "seating specialist" has been of limited help (limited to what seat width I should get) (yeah, I paid $50 for that info- sheesh!). I'm a petite person at 5'2" and it seems as though I just prefer too much dump. I really don't want to use High Mount if I don't have to. They look dorky and they cost extra money.

Oh, and the EZ-Ti configurator didn't even have High Mount as an option for me with the Flip Back footrest (of which I will NOT budge on, I want the Flip Back).

*I have a Supracor Stimulite Classic XS flat bottom
