Invacare Libra cushion cover

I just got a new chair and the cushion that came with it is called the Invacare Libra. I have been unable to find any sites that carry the cover for the seat. Just wanted to ask if anyone had any ideas where to look. I checked with invacare and Sportaid they were no help. I need the 15x16 cover. Any help would be appreciated.
