Searching for similar foley in the U.S.

I've been trying to find a solution to a problem I've had with the design of foley catheters. The extended tip on regular foleys cause too much bladder irritation and damage. I started using Poiesis's Duette catheter and they work well but the length still causes slight irritation. I found a catheter that is available in the UK, the tip is open and appears to be shorter than the tips of regular foleys. I may be wrong but it seems to be a better design.
