I have tested positive for a UTI, with enterobacter aerogenes as the bug. (I had a full-blown kidney/uti infection 2 months ago, with the same bug. I took 14 day supply of Bactrim. It cleared it up nicely but I'm not sure if the bacteria just re-grew or was re-introduced via catheterization.)
Right now I feel fine, except I do have spasticity. I see some white clumps in my urine but it is still clear otherwise. I was given a supply of Bactrim again, should I take it or wait for worse symptoms? Am I just experiencing "normal" colonization of bacteria? Thank you
