Cellulitus or mrsa infection?

Have UTI history thought I had another Bad one 4 days High fever etc. Culture Negative My left leg was warm and somewhat swollen at the onset .This actually a classic UTI symptom for me for the last 12 years with certain UTI Group B strep is one but there are others. First time this happened was 12 years ago was hospitilized and leg checked out ok. Any today was day 6 Day 5 was good no fever had been monitoring leg throughout seemed not as severe as other times yet different, woke up this morning very light fever but foot and leg swollen and red not hot but a little warm. Leg really swelled through out the day saw primary doc suspect possibe mrsa or celluitus infection have been taking 6 days of levaquin suggested I switch to bactrim and elevate leg and compression stocking. i see a lot of you have done ok on keflex for celluitus should i call tomorrow and suggest supposed to leave for a dream vacation thursday primary was not to confident on med choice so if keflex is better he would change first time leg swelled up was 12 years ago this is probably the most it has it is also hard SCI nurse any steps i should take before Thursday T-8 comple 30 yrs post
