fuentejps mentioned in the other thread that some people buy chairs from him for cash and then do "self claims" with insurance. Can anyone give me an idea of how to do this?
Do I buy the chair and then submit the bill to insurance? Or is it better to get approval from the insurance first?
I would really, really like to be able to cut the local dealer out of the transaction. He is screwing up right and left and not adding any value at all.
