I'm an incomplete para T12-L1. My lower back has been bugging me off and on for the past month or so but it's gotten incrementally since it started hurting. It's not so bad that I need pain meds. My lower back can usually crack if I lay down flat on a bed but it hasn't done so since yesterday. I just took a shower and now my hands are jittering. I'm scheduling an appt with my doc tomorrow morning. I know I shouldn't have waited this long.
