Swapping Houses or Home Exchange Programs for Disabled

I was wondering if anyone knew of sites that advertise homes either for exchange or swap for extended periods of time that focuses on wheelchair accessible features. I have used MatchingHouses.com but wondered if anyone has had experiences with other sites. I have also tried HomeExchange.com with no luck. I have been trying to exchange with someone who lives in Manhattan and haven't had any luck finding an accessible place. I am willing to exchange my place which is very close to the ocean (10 minutes).

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
