As I've mentioned in one of my previous posts, weather is way too hot lately. My feet got swollen. Unfortunately I was wearing crocs without socks. Before going I've noticed some sort of transparent excrescence :( In the morning my feet were fine (not swollen) , but unfortunately the excrescence transformed into sores.
In attach are some pictures of how my feet sores look like. Can you give me an advice about how to heal them?
Now I'm reading the previous pressure sore related posts from CC, and I found that I have to keep the zone clean, moist and to avoid pressure. Does it apply in my case too?
