Hi i live in the canary islands and my chair has been ordered from usa, but the dealer that I used never worked with this chair before so after it arrived i had no help with its configuration.
I wish i had a specialist or something to go through this with me but sadly i don't.
Its a Tilite Zra and to tell you how little my orthopedic dealer knew they said i cant change anything after it arrived and i used the chair for nearly a year with the footrest too low. (yes stupid me)
So with that said, my chair seems unstable as in the right front caster is floating when i push the chair or when i push it down then the left wheel comes up.
what can i do to minimise this? i made a video to show the problem.
