I am always tired??

I have been always tired since my injury three years ago. C4-6. I take 80 mg of baclofen, 1800 mg of Neurontin I h I take 80 mg of baclofen, 1800 mg of Neurontin, I wear 37 ?g of sentinel which is changed every three days. I take Percocet 10 mg as needed usually one or two per day. I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea. I wore the machine for approximately 5?6 months with no relief from my constant fatigue. It interrupts my life which is personal and business dramatically. I am slapped out and warn out all the time. I need help to solve this mess.
