hi so yesterday I was scratching my pack and I felt a dry but not cracked spot right by my butt crack and bottom of tailbone there has been zero recent injury or trauma to that area and then this morning right above that purple discolored spt was a red patch at the top of my tailbone and I know it is not a brush burn and it shurts like right when you get a brush or carpet burn we put some cream and it stung I kept ice on it all day didn't really help and it is not swollen I have no clue what this is and needed advice on if I should go to urgent care or not cause we live like in the middle of no where and urgent care is like 45 minutes away so don't want to waste the gas and be sent home
