I need advice,
I do my bowel program 3x a week, at night, using senna 10 hours before, and a magic bullet.
For the past 2 weeks, right after my bowel program, I get bloated in the stomach/intestinal area. Plus the next day my stomach hurts if I eat or drink anything. But the next day after that, I feel fine.
Last night after my bowel program, I got extremely bloated! Within a matter of 2 minutes I went from a fat stomach to looking pregnant. I felt like I was going to burst. But I went to bed. By the morning the bloating had mostly subsided, but still a little bloated. My bowel program results have been on lighter side some nights and average on others.
The bloating has been right after bowel program (minutes later) for last 2 weeks. Last night was much worse bloating. Can this be a sign that I have bowel impaction? Something else?
