back in late August I had a collapsed duodenum and had to have surgery for Superior Mesenteric Artery Syndrome, I had essentially a Duodenojejunostomy And for a about a month afterwards I felt great. During this surgery he found that part of my stomach had become necrotic and had to remove about 25% of my stomach. But after I got out of the hospital about a week later I started getting cramps and pain in my gut, the pain keeps getting worse and I'm not sure exactly what to do. Even though the surgery was done on site all the pain and cramping is on my left side and my large intestine, I haven't lost any soul that part of the bowel isn't being used.
I have a pressure sore on my right butt cheek so I'm not able really to get up in my chair. I have cramps/pain in my bladder which I feel like are stones.
