Easy way to disinfect counters

I'm establishing my new cathing system and want a quick, easy, safe way to routinely disenfect my sink, and countertop I use to cath at home. I read a lot on the internet but it is either too wordy and scientific to understand or it is just anecdotal or the someone bent on using only natural things like vinegar, etc.

it it would be nice if it were something no I could just spray like alcohol or bleach water but it's confusing how long things have to remain on or should be wiped or just left on to dry...

any sci nurse or medical-science nerds out there that can simplify this for me??
