A hypothetical question:
If the promised lawsuits (that have yet to be filed) and legislation that may come in the next legislative session fail to fix the abomination called SB5052 what will you do?
Given that the 502 folks & LCB are largely responsible for the mess, there IS NO WAY IN HELL THAT I WILL EVER SPEND A FUCKING NICKLE IN A 502 STORE. I expect that I will be looking for a way to make a 4 plant limit work for me.
I was quite happy with the way things were and by growing enough to provide my own meds and help out a few other patients have been able to have the meds that I need, in an affordable manner, and have first hand knowledge of how they were produced.
How do you all see things working out? Any thoughts on how to have reasonable access under the new rules?
I don't consider signing up for thier so called "voluntary" registry as an option. I have dealt with HIPAA regulations enough that I call BULSHIT on the idea that it is either voluntary or legal. Also, while medical cannabis is still in violation of (unconstitutional per 10th Amendment) Federal law I refuse to have my name in a database that the Fed's can access.
Anyone out there have a good answer as to how we can proceed without endangering our personal well being & freedom?
