I am a C4? C6. I have a supra pubic and colostomy. I want to do water therapy. I'm getting mixed advice and information. Is it okay for me to swim in a pool first and foremost. Next is okay to be in the ocean/Gulf of Mexico. Differences between swimming in vs purse private pools?
