Atmosphere controller

Any of you have advice to give me about finding the right atmosphere controller? I'm looking for something that will be my timer for at least 8 ballast possible up to 12, manage intake and exhaust by temperature and also regulate co2 ppm levels. I've been doing lots of research without to much luck.. up until this point I've made my own timer boxes with outlets and used a defrost style timer and it works fine but Ibe alway rams a sealed room, I'm building a new room utilizing intakes and exhaust and would like to have 1 Conot roller that does it all.
