I bought an Icon.
But the package that they sent me is incomplete.
I didnt get the folding back I opted.
I didnt get the 5" comfort roll caster I opted.
I didnt get the sideguard I opted.
I didnt get the suspension pump I opted.
I didnt even get my stock backrest.
Heck, the chair was sent to me unconfigured. I had to configer it myself, the camber, the seat height, all of it. Kinda deminish all the time i spent measuring and filling form.
I tried contacting the vendor through email, no luck. It's been a week and no reply. Im barely in my country because i'm going back and forth to Japan because of work. I was hoping the chair would be delivered all in, since it took more than 2 months.
What should I do?
I dont know whether to be sad or pissed.
